21 Days of Prayer and Fasting 2009

To start of this new year in 2009 Bethesda Romanian Pentecostal Church will be engaged together with all of its members and those that would like to join in 21 consecutive days of Prayer and Fasting.
This means that every evening Monday – Thursday we will be meeting in the Fellowship hall at 7:00pm (Friday’s from 8:00pm) to pray for a fresh annointing, protection, and the filling of the gifts of the Holy Spirit!
Please join us every evening in prayer and feel free to join in fasting as well! Listed below are the themes for each day to meditate in prayer and fasting.
Week 1
- Monday – January 5: Pray for success of the Prayer and Fasting Project (Psalm 65:5; 1 Samuel 12:23-24)
- Tuesday – January 6: Pray for Purification of our hearts (Psalm 51:10-12; Mark 1:40-41)
- Wednesday – January 7: Pray for Repentance (Psalm 130:1-8; Matthew 9:12-13)
- Thursday January 8: Pray for unity and persistence in prayer (Luke 18:1)
- Friday January 9: Pray for sincerity and humbleness in serving (Isaiah 29:13-14; Matthew 11:29)
- Saturday January 10: Pray for a real outpouring of the Holy Spirit (Isaiah 44:3-4; John 7:37-39)
- Sunday January 11: Pray for the presence of God (Isaiah 60:1-3; John 17:22)
Week 2
- Monday January 12: Pray for forgiveness between Husbands and Wives.
- Tuesday January 13: Pray for forgiveness between Parents and children.
- Wednesday January 14: Pray for forgiveness between Brothers and Sisters in Families.
- Thursday January 15: Pray for forgiveness between relatives.
- Friday January 16: Pray for forgiveness between Youth in our church.
- Saturday January 17: Pray for forgiveness between Adults in our church.
- Sunday January 18: Pray for the Joy of forgiveness on every level that was asked for!
Week 3
- Monday January 19: Joy in all situations that is given for us to go through – Philippians 4:4, Jacob 1:1-4
- Tuesday January 20: Spiritual and Material Blessings for America and President Elect Barak Obama – Jeremiah 29:7, 1 Timothy 2:1-2, 2 Chronicles 7:14
- Wednesday January 21: Faithfullness in our Lord indifferent of the crisis we go through – Psalm 46, Psalm 93
- Thursday January 22: Strength and Purity for God’s church in our days in the middle of attacks from the attacks of the Evil one. – Matthew 16:18, Ephesians 6:10-18, Acts 20:28
- Friday January 23: Pray for Missions and the Evaghelism of those that are lost. – Matthew 9:37-38, John 15:1-8
- Saturday January 24: Salvation to all in our family and close ones. – Ezechiel 18:23, Acts 17:22-31
- Sunday January 25: Pray for the fullness of the Holy Spirit in every one of our hearts! – John 1:16, Ephesians 3:19, 5:18
